Have a question about your business plan?
If you’re in the process of writing up your business plan, we’d be happy to review it for you. We can look over everything you’ve got, test your assumptions, and give you feedback and suggestions for tightening it up.
Most small business owners have never written a business plan, and that’s a shame, because a business plan can be an extremely useful tool in helping to “predict” the future. By testing your ideas and projections in advance – on paper – you can remove a lot of the risk from your ventures.
We can review all of the financial aspects of a business plan, including:
For start up businesses, a business plan can help determine whether the idea you have can be turned into a viable, profitable business. In addition, a well-researched business plan will show you how much it will take to start and sustain the business until you can reach breakeven. If you plan to raise money from investors and/or borrow from a bank, you’ll need to be able to produce a comprehensive business plan.
For existing businesses, a business plan can come in handy if you plan to significantly grow or expand your operations. The plan can help determine whether your planned growth is feasible, and whether you’ll have the resources you need, when you need them. If you intend to bring on investors and/or borrow money to help pay for the growth, a business plan is a requirement!
